Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 5 business days. We'll arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Change of Mind

Because our products are custom-printed, we're generally unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please reach out before placing your order if you're unsure.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
